Feeling Kaleidoscope

Have the client identify their 6 most experienced emotions at the bottom of the page and assign colors to each emotions. Then have the client illustrate how much of each emotion they experience in the kaleidoscope. It's worth processing afterwords about "things" that lead to them feeling each emotions (ex. "My math homework makes me mad"). This activity serves two purposes: processing about emotions while practicing a coping skill of coloring.
